Saddlery thread attaches an actual Buffalo nickel to a minimal, leather band. Minted from 1913-1938, the buffalo nickel is an iconic emblem of the American West.  

Each nickel is hand painted to accentuate the buffalo silhouette.  Also available in a natural patina and cleaned with no patina.
